Outseam | taken from the top edge of the waistband ( 1.5" -wide (3.9 cm) waistband assumed) to the hem. | |
Inseam | taken from the crotch seam intersection to the hem. | |
Waist | taken at natural waistline (best taken at the top edge of the waistband while wearing a well-fitting pair of pants). | |
Seat | taken around the fullest part of the hip, while wearing pants. | |
Knee Width | knee width (i.e. half of the pant leg circumference): taken at the knee, from a well-fitting pair of pants, or as the design calls for. | |
Bottom Width | pant leg width at hem (i.e. half of the pant leg circumference) taken at the hem, from a well-fitting pair of pants, or as the design calls for. | |
Cuff Depth | depth of cuff (leave blank if pants are not to have cuffs) |
